All domestic shipments will travel via USPS. Please keep in mind, shipping/delivery estimates do not include weekends or holidays, and are subject to USPS policies and timelines.

-Orders placed before 6:00 am GMT will ship on the same day. -Orders placed after 6:00 am GMT, will ship the next business day. -Orders placed after 6:00 am GMT on a Friday, weekend, or holiday will ship the following business day. (Typically Monday, but Tuesday in the event that Monday is a holiday.)

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

-You may upgrade to expedited shipping for an additional fee. When placing an order online, expedited options are available at checkout. -Expedited shipping methods are only delivered on business days, Monday through Friday via USPS Express. Please remember that shipping holidays affect transit timelines.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

-We are happy to ship internationally via USPS. Please note customs and duty taxes are not included with your purchase from CottonKitty.com and will be collected upon delivery. These fees are imposed and enforced by your local government and have no connection with Cotton Kitty.

-Generally, average delivery time for shipments outside the US ranges from (7-14) days. In addition, once the item is shipped, customs clearance procedures can occasionally cause unforeseen delays.

Returns

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Receipt or proof of purchase must accompany all returns.

- Please return items within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
Items must be in NEW condition - never worn or washed, undamaged and unaltered, and original tags still intact.
We will not accept items for return after the 30 day deadline.

- Defective items should be returned within 5 business days of the purchase date. Please inspect your item for any defects immediately.

-We will issue a full refund upon receipt and inspection of the returned product. All refunds will be processed within 3-5 days once the merchandise has been received and checked, but please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. *Expedited shipping fees will not be refunded.

Return Shipping

-We do not provide pre-paid shipping labels for returns. Please return any order through the carrier of your choice. We recommend using a trackable/insured shipping method to guarantee successful delivery of your return.
